At Home with Madhur Jaffrey
On Sunday, October 24, we were thrilled to have Madhur Jaffrey spend the day at Books to Cooks to celebrate her latest book, At Home with Madhur Jaffrey: Simple, Delectable Dishes from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.
Guests enjoyed an Indian style tea with savoury treats from the book including seasoned radishes, spiced roasted cashews, chickpeas for nibbling and Indian cheese toasts. Supper guests settled into a delightful intimate dinner featuring Madhur's recipe for a flavourful, yet simple salmon in a Bengali mustard sauce.
