Derek Dammann: TRUE to his NORTH

It is always wonderful to host chefs from here that have gone away and done good. Derek traveled to Europe, worked with Jamie Oliver's "Fifteen" moved to Montreal, opened Maison Publique and has never looked west again. But he has come west to share his stories and promote a wonderful new book.

This afternoon we offer you a cookbook social with Derek Dammann and his co-author Chris Johns. Please join us for a demo, story telling reception and booksigning.
