Mollie Katzen Visits Books to Cooks to celebrate The Heart of the Plate
Mollie Katzen was the first celebrated cookbook author to cross our threshold at Books to Cooks, sixteen years ago. (She’s the author of the classic Moosewood Cookbook, The Enchanted Broccoli Forest and many others.) We were a mere three weeks old, not ready to host a grand event, but we made her lunch and hoped to see her again when we could honour her work properly and share her with our community.
Finally, the opportunity has been presented and we are proud to offer the following events for you to meet Mollie, and join us in toasting her 12th book: The Heart of the Plate.
