Summer is officially here, and before long, the Tomato fruit will be ripe on the vine.  This past Saturday, we presented our selection for the Summer edition of the Books to Cooks Seasonal Book Experience.  Our subscribers received two books about Tomatoes, both books came with notes from the authors, and were wrapped in "The Ode to Tomatoes" -  a poem by Pablo Neruda.  "the tomato, star of the earth, recurrent and fertile star............."
