On Saturday, May 9 at 12:00 p.m. authors Vitaly and Kimberley Paley will be signing their book, The Paley's Place Cookbook at the launch of the Spot Prawn Festival. The Paleys' book is based on their acclaimed restaurant in Portland that celebrates sustainable and local ingredients.
