Vanessa Vega Cruz and her family are immersed in the extensive olive tree region in La Loma Spain. Vanessa will educate us on Olive Oil, the truth, the glory and ideas about olive oil.

Vanessa and Glenys will also prepare us lunch, recipes that are accentuated when prepared with a delicious olive oil.

Curtis Luk, chef of Mission, a new restaurant on the Fourth Avenue, will be cooking for us this evening from the book that has been a great inspiration to his menu at Mission.

Manresa, An Edible Reflection the book, and restaurant of the same name in California by David Kinch, has been very popular with the creative chefs of our town. Curtis is prepared to inspire us with his menu tonight.
