Our up-coming Bonne Fete Julia! event has sold out and we are all in eager anticipation for celebrating Julia Child's Birthday this Saturday, August 15th. As part of paying tribute to one of the most fundamental culinary icons of the 20th Century, participants will enjoy the matinee screening of the new movie Julie&Julia at 5th Avenue Cinema. Following the film, guests will enjoy a jubilant reception in honour of Julia Child's (would be) 97th Birthday complete with bubbly and passed savoury and sweet dishes. Even though this event is sold out, customers who are not in attendance can look forward to seeing the pictures from this event as well as browse and purchase our collection of Julia Child cookbooks, DVDs, auto-biographies and biographies of this culinary amazon.
