Last weekend, Mark whipped up this luscious Raspberry Cream Brown Betty from Rustic Fruit Desserts by Cory Schreiber. Guests who popped into the store were treated to a warm, scrumptious treat of local raspberries baked in a cream pudding with raisin brioche from Patisserie Lebeau.

We have a handful of spots left at our Crumbles, Crisps and Grunts class with author Cory Schreiber on Tuesday, July 28 at 6:30 p.m. Cory will delight guests with a selection of recipes from Rustic Fruit Desserts and guests will take home a copy of the book. The cost of the class is $95.00.
