Congratulations to our "resident musician" Jim Byrnes on this evening's Juno Award for Blues Album of the Year for Everywhere West. His latest album is a showcase of classic blues storytelling with a tribute to some of Jim's early blues influences in St. Louis with raw, stripped down classics and his original compositions.

We are delighted that Jim will be supporting another form of artistic storytelling, the opera, at our Vancouver Opera fundraiser on Tuesday, March 29 at 6:30 p.m. Jim will be singing the blues at our shop while guests dine on a delightful meal from the deep south featured in The Pat Conroy Cookbook.
