Books to Cooks is pleased to host an evening celebrating Jerusalem, the much anticipated new book by Yotam Ottolenghi and Sami Tamimi. Jerusalem offers 120 recipes from Ottolenghi and Tamimi's unique cross-cultural perspective, from inventive vegetable dishes to sweet, rich desserts as well as personal stories of the authors' upbringings, on both the Arab east side and the Jewish west. Join us on Wednesday, November 28 at 6:30 p.m. for a delicious interpretation of Jerusalem by one of Vancouver's most celebrated chefs, Don Letendre. Chef Letendre has previously taught sold out classes featuring Ottolenghi: The Cookbook. Guests will receive a copy of Jerusalem signed by Yotam Ottolenghi. This evening is $125.00.
