An Evening with a Lunatic Farmer, lecture with Joel Salatin, has sold out but there is still another unique and exciting opportunity to meet Joel at an intimate farm dinner at UBC Farm on Monday, September 27 at 4:oo p.m. Join Joel for an up-close-and-personal dinner at UBC Farm (outdoors if the weather allows or in the greenhouse otherwise). Dinner will be prepared by Andrea Carlson from Bishop's Restaurant and will feature a menu of sustainable, local food. Wine will be provided by Farmstead Wines. Tickets are $95.00 and proceeds from this fundraiser dinner benefit UBC Farm.
