A Boy After the Sea Launch

On September 17, Books to Cooks celebrated the North American launch of A Boy After the Sea by author and chef, Kevin Snook from Bray, England. Over 80 guests joined us for this festive reception with delicious seafood inspired hors d'oeuvres prepared by Chef David Hawksworth.

The focus of the evening was indeed the beautifully designed book, A Boy After the Sea which includes recipes from some of the world's most famous chefs. Dedicated to the late Dan Snook, son of Kevin Snook, A Boy is a reminder of the need to help youth who are dealing with difficult times and of the hope that the Dan Snook Trust Foundation can provide.
