RIPE Tickets Available at Books to Cooks
Books to Cooks is a proud supporter of
RIPE: 1st Annual Evening of Local Food and Libations. This annual fundraiser supports the
Vancouver Farmers Market society's many initiatives including the establishment of New City Market, Vancouver's first permanent year round farmers market.
RIPE takes place on October 1 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. at Performance Works on Granville Island and will feature food and ingredients from several local farmers and producers familiar to the markets. These ingredients will be transformed into culinary delights by local chefs such as Robert Clark and Quang Dang from C Restaurant.
