My list for 2015 is all about us - Canada, True North, Strong and Delicious

Every year, I receive hundreds of new cookbooks into our library, from all over the world.  When it comes to food and cooking, our world is not at a loss to share creative thought.      This year I have decided to dedicate my list to us.  I don't think I have ever been prouder of our cooks and publishers, and if you cast your eyes over this list, you will notice how much of the West Coast of Canada is represented, whether it be author, publisher, or a home-grown lad gone East to make his culinary dream come true.
